1. Conditions
- Reception of guests takes place from 4pm to 7pm. Arrival at any other time must be agreed upon beforehand.
- Guests must leave the room on the day of departure before 11am. Late departures are possible, on demand and according to the availability of rooms. In the case of the room being unavailable, we offer a luggage service free of charge.
- Each room has a secure parking space located on the property, accessible via an electric gate.
- Thank you for noting that our guest house is non-smoking and animals are not allowed.
- Eating in the rooms and the house is not allowed, but remains possible on the private terraces of each room and in the outdoors areas (table under the gazebo, or terrace in the trees).
- Breakfasts are served in a basket from 8 am.
- Rooms are cleaned on request and sheets and towels are changed every 3 days.

Our rooms are only for two people (no extra beds possible). The price of the room includes breakfast.
It gives you access to all our facilities without fees : swimming pool, gazebo, terrace in the trees.
Possibility to privatise the Villa, consult us for information.
3. Free of charge

4. Extra fee
- Massage in the trees : 75 € for 1 hour
- Night under the stars : 60 € for 2 people
- Romantic dîner prepared by our Chief Arthur : 60€ per person, starter, main course and desserts
5. Payment
- You do not have to pay a deposit, only a credit card number to provide us to guarantee your reservation.
- Payment for your stay will be made on site upon arrival. Payment possible by credit card, check, cash or holiday vouchers.
- The tourist tax is 0.80 € per night and per person, to be added to the price indicated.
- In the current health context, we advise you to take cancellation insurance for your holidays.
- The entire stay is due in the event of cancellation less than 10 days before the date of arrival or in the event of a no-show on the day of arrival.
