    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

    LA VILLA DE LA PLAGE - SARL LE BADAMIER

    1. Stay conditions
    LA VILLA DE LA PLAGE is a guest house dedicated to calm and relaxation.

    Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Any arrival outside this time frame must be arranged in advance.

    Check-out is at 11:00 am. A late check-out may be granted upon request and subject to availability. Otherwise, a luggage storage service is available.

    Each room includes a secure parking space within the property.

    The house is entirely non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The swimming pool and facilities are reserved exclusively for guests.

    Breakfast is served in a basket from 8:00 am.

    Meals are not allowed inside the rooms or inside the house, but are permitted on private terraces and outdoor areas.

    Housekeeping is available upon request. Bed linen is changed every three days.

    2. Rates
    Manguier Room: €190
    Raisin de Mer Room: €190
    Badamier Room: €190
    Baie Rose Room: €210

    Rooms are designed for two guests only. No additional beds are available.

    Rates include breakfast and access to all facilities: swimming pool, terraces, kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles.

    Private rental of the villa is available upon request. Parties and weddings are not permitted.

    3. Equipment available
    The following equipment is provided free of charge: paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, beach umbrellas, fins, masks, snorkels, pool towels, beach tennis rackets, board games and a library.

    All equipment is used under the responsibility of the guests.

    4. Additional services
    Upon reservation:

    Massage in the trees: €90 (1 hour)
    Night under the stars: €140 for 2 persons
    Dinner prepared by a private chef: €60 per person (starter, main course, dessert)

    5. Booking, payment and cancellation
    Reservations are guaranteed by providing a credit card number. No deposit is required.

    Payment is made on site. Accepted methods: credit card, cheque, cash or holiday vouchers.

    Tourist tax (€0.80 per night per person) is not included.

    Any cancellation less than 10 days before arrival, or no-show, will result in full charge of the stay.

    Weather conditions are not a valid reason for free cancellation, except in the case of an official red cyclone alert.

    6. Liability
    Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

    LA VILLA DE LA PLAGE declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

    7. Consumer mediation
    In accordance with French consumer law, guests may use a consumer mediation service free of charge in the event of an unresolved dispute.

    8. Applicable law
    These terms are governed by French law.

    In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of Saint-Denis, Réunion Island.
